Order-Related Questions
Do the prices include taxes?
No, the prices displayed on our website don’t include taxes. When you check out, sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated on your order’s total value and added to your Order Summary page.
What’s the difference between expedited and express shipping?
Expedited shipping generally takes about three days (excluding weekends) and includes options like two-day, next-day, or same-day delivery. Express shipping often means next-day or two-day delivery, though this varies by carrier.
I entered the wrong address, and my package is being returned. What now?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you have two options:
- Reshipment: We can resend your package, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
- Order Cancellation: We can cancel your order, but a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been packed or shipped. For changes, contact us at info@muslimah-collection.com right away.
What if my tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 7-10 business days. After that, reach out to the carrier for further investigation.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No, all shipping fees, including return costs, are non-refundable.
Why isn’t my package tracking moving?
Package tracking updates may take time, especially during long transit periods. Gaps over 24 hours between scans are normal, particularly during longer journeys.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for deliveries outside Canada are the customer’s responsibility. International shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Shipping to the UK and Australia
Delivery to the UK and Australia typically takes 15-30 business days, though it may extend up to 30-45 days due to factors like customs processing.
Pickup Options
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at:

When will my order be ready for pickup?
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, usually within 5-7 business days. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 7 days from receiving the “Ready for pickup” email. If not picked up, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
Exchanges and Returns
For Orders Outside Canada
All sales outside Canada are final. Returns or exchanges aren’t available, except for defective items.
For Orders Within Canada
We accept exchanges (no returns) within 14 days of purchase, for items in original condition and packaging.
Exchange Process
Canadian exchanges are subject to stock availability. The customer covers all shipping costs for exchanges due to reasons like size, color, or change of mind.
Returning by Mail
- Pack unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
- Include your name, packing slip, order number, and reason for the exchange.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing by your financial institution may take additional time.
Sample Sale Items
- Sample sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
How to Return a Damaged Item
- If your item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Support team with a photo of the item. We’ll replace it if still in stock.
Promotions
Can I get a price adjustment for a promotion?
- We don’t offer price adjustments on previous purchases or items bought before a promotion.
